Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays, launches, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both domestic (UK) and international shipping options.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@summitgold.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Summit Gold is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@summitgold.co.uk with your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
