Thank you for shopping at Summit Gold. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@summitgold.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first at support@summitgold.co.uk for return instructions. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
